Full-time employees working 30 hours a week or more are eligible for the following benefits. Those eligible may choose to cover a spouse and any legal dependent 26 or under.

Staffing Agency Statement

CE Power does not accept unsolicited resumes from staffing agencies or recruiters. To conduct business with CE Power a Master Services Agreement (MSA) must be implemented and confirmed by the HR Department, prior to any submissions. In the event that a resume/candidate is submitted by a staffing agency or recruiter without a current MSA in place, CE Power has the right to hire that individual without any legal or financial obligation to the referring staffing agency and/or recruiter.


Full-time employees and their dependents have multiple healthcare options. We cover on average over 80 percent of the cost share for you and your family. A health savings account is available with employer contributions, company paid short-term disability, and voluntary long-term disability may be purchased through our provider at the time of enrollment. Benefit coverage begins the first of the month following the employee’s date of employment.


Our dental insurance covers 100% for preventive services with options to buy-up and purchase orthodontic coverage (note…the PGE website is incorrect in how they have this worded).


Need new glasses, contacts or even prescription safety glasses? No problem. We have you covered with our vision insurance option.  We also offer reimbursement for the purchase of prescription safety glasses.

Health Savings Account

Our High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) comes with a health savings account (HSA) including companypaid contribution. Money is deposited tax-free, accumulates tax-free, and can be used tax-free towards qualifying medical services. Unused funds continue to build are are fully portable.

Employee Life Insurance / AD&D

Every full-time employee is eligible for basic level of life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage with no cost. Employees can also choose to purchase additional insurance for themselves or their dependents at competitive group rates.


To provide additional security, short and long-term disability is also offered through Principal, providing up to 60% of your income.

Identity Shield

Educational Assistance

CE Power helps to further your professional development, reimbursing you for any pre-approved or job-related degrees or certifications, which is offered in addition to the variety of in-house provided training programs.

401(k) Plan

Qualus Power Services will match 100% of your first 3% of contribution, the 50% of the next 2 percentages of contribution.  Employees are 100% vested under the Safe Harbor Match program, with both standard and Roth contribution options available.
