FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
CINCINNATI (March 8, 2016) – CE Power, a leading provider of engineering and technical services to the electric power industry, has added three industry executives to its Board of Directors. The new Directors will play a critical role in helping CE Power achieve its growth initiatives, providing valuable insights learned through their collective years in the utility and electrical power services industries.
Doug Jaeger, who joined the CE Power Board in April 2015, is currently the President & CEO of Ulteig Engineers, Inc., a national provider of design engineering services to clients in multiple infrastructure segments. Mr. Jaeger served on the Board of Trustees of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and has significant utility industry experience having spent nine years with Xcel Energy, including leading the company’s high voltage transmission business. Mr. Jaeger has also held executive, marketing, business development, and sales leadership roles at Adolfson & Peterson, Exelon Corporation, and Honeywell, Inc.
Michael Heyeck joined the CE Power Board this past September after retiring in 2013 from an illustrious 37-year career with American Electric Power Co., Inc. (AEP), one of the largest electric utilities in the U.S. Mr. Heyeck most recently served as Senior Vice President of Transmission, overseeing an 11-state transmission system (largest in the U.S.) that includes over 3,500 substations. Mr. Heyeck now provides strategic advisory and consulting services for executives in the electric utility and related industries.
Paul Cody rounds out the group of new board members, having joined the CE Power Board in February 2016. Mr. Cody spent 15 years with Eaton Corporation where he led the growth of the Electrical Service & Systems Division from start-up to a global leader in Electrical and Engineering Services. Mr. Cody is currently the President & CEO of Consolidated Glass Holdings, Inc. (CGH), a fabricator, manufacturer, and distributor of high performance glass and glazing products for the commercial, security, and residential building maintenance, renovation, and construction markets.
“We’re very excited about these additions to the Board,” said Bill McCloy, President & CEO of CE Power. “Their combined talent and depth of experience in the utility and power services industries will be tremendous assets as CE Power continues to expand its service offering to customers across the country.”
The three executives join Bill McCloy, President & CEO of CE Power, and Kevin Kenealey, Senior Managing Director at Mason Wells, on the Board of Directors of the Company.
