Paul has 36 plus years in the electrical power industry including extensive experience in power system engineering, testing, maintenance, life extension and aftermarket, turnkey project management, and energy services. Paul’s experience also includes the design and manufacturing of medium and low voltage switchgear, low and medium voltage motor control assemblies and drives, and integrated power centers.
Chief Operating Officer
Mark has over 20 years of experience in the electrical power industry. He began his career with Westinghouse and Eaton, eventually moving to the lead operations role of the Eaton Electrical Services and Systems Division. Mark oversees our field service operations, project operations, and the breaker shops.
Jim Cialdea, EE, PE
Chief Technical Officer
Jim brings an inherent knowledge of the practical aspects of electrical power engineering with over 30 years’ experience managing and executing projects. He holds several volunteer positions including President of NETA, IEEE Power and Energy Society Boston Chapter Secretary.
Senior Vice President, Business Development
Tony provides direction and market intelligence to our sales initiatives. He has over 15 years experience, which includes project management and knowledge of the electrical power equipment market.
Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Chris brings over 15 years of experience to the sales and marketing team, having previously held positions in engineering, operations and sales management with Eaton Corporation and Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories. Chris is responsible for our sales organization, sales support group, and marketing. Chris’ undergraduate work is a BS Degree in Engineering Science from Penn State University and he holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Chris is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of West Virginia and a member if IEEE.

Rhonda brings more than 24 years of industry experience to her job overseeing corporate support functions, human resources, marketing, and sales support.
