Paul’s experience also includes the design and manufacturing of medium and low voltage switchgear, low and medium voltage motor control assemblies and drives, and integrated power centers.

Formerly a CEO of Power Distribution Services, Inc., Bill has over 30 years experience in the electrical distribution service industry, achieving status as an innovative solutions-driven individual.

Jim Cialdea, EE, PE

Chief Technical Officer

Jim brings an inherent knowledge of the practical aspects of electrical power engineering with over 30 years’ experience managing and executing projects. He holds several volunteer positions including President of NETA, IEEE Power and Energy Society Boston Chapter Secretary.

Brent oversees the company’s finance and accounting activities. He has more than 10 years of experience in general accounting, financial analysis, treasury management and process improvement.
